Hi, I’m Eve Murray, the owner of Inspirist Photography. Photography has been a lifelong love of mine, starting as a fun hobby when I was just a little girl. I still remember the joy of snapping pictures with a disposable camera, every click felt like magic. As technology evolved, I transitioned to camera phones, capturing everything that fascinated me. Then, in 2010, I got my first Fujifilm DSLR S9250, and that’s when my passion for photography truly blossomed.

Photography wasn’t just a pastime; it became an essential part of my life. In fact, it played a key role in my education. I passed my Art GCSE exams thanks to my photography work, which motivated me to explore this craft further.

In 2018, after dabbling in other careers such as Hairdressing, Customer Service and Modelling/TV & Film Extra work, I decided to take the leap and offer freelance photography services. I photographed events, portraits, and much more, capturing memories and moments for clients. My journey reached an incredible milestone when I was invited to photograph the launch event for Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records restaurant. It was a dream opportunity where I photographed celebrities and influential figures. Seeing my images published in the press in Jamaica was a surreal and humbling experience.

Despite this huge success, life led me to step away from photography services for a while. But now, I’m back and ready to share my passion once again, capturing the beauty of life through my lens. Whether it’s a special event, a portrait session, or simply the magic of everyday moments, I’m here to help you tell your story through photography.
